4-Week Beginning Tai Chi Class in Eagle, Colorado

I’m excited to announce a 4 week class that introduces the Tai Chi form to beginners! This has been a popular class that dozens of people have attended.

Why Tai Chi?

Taking a beginner Tai Chi class is beneficial for improving balance and coordination, as the gentle, flowing movements are designed to enhance physical stability. It also offers a unique form of stress relief, encouraging mindfulness and a focus on the present moment, which can have a calming effect on the mind. Additionally, Tai Chi is accessible to people of all ages and fitness levels, making it an excellent option for those looking to start a new exercise regimen that is both low-impact and effective in promoting overall health.

Tai Chi Form

The goal of this 4-week class is to learn the beginning movements of the Yang style Tai Chi form.

What to Expect

I keep my Tai Chi classes fun, educational, and relaxing. We start by learning some fundamental Tai Chi movements. We then learn some basic patterns. We focus on blending our mind and our breathing with our body movements.

  • we wear comfortable sneakers

  • we do not get on the floor

  • no mats are required

  • we focus on body movement and not body sweating

  • expect people from 18 yrs old to 90 yrs old! all ages benefit from Tai Chi.

  • Tuesday March 19th

  • Tuesday March 26th

  • On Broadway Street in Eagle, Colorado

  • $50 for the 4 classes

  • This is a discount of $10
