Join us to explore the fundamentals of Yang style Tai Chi on Mondays at 12pm at The Vitality Collective (700 Chambers Ave, Building C Unit 3, Eagle, CO 81631). Learn the slow, soft, gentle movements of Tai Chi that develop mindfulness, balance, relaxation, alignment, flexibility, strength, coordination, stability, and awareness. Learn Tai Chi applications, explore body mechanics, and learn how Tai Chi is a sophisticated martial art. Each session lasts one hour.
Tai Chi Intermediate Form
Continue learning the 60 movement Yang style Tai Chi form. Study form applications to reinforce form principles and body alignment. Refine form movements. Begin learning push hands. Continue to advanced topics such as sword form. Mondays at 6pm in Eagle.
Tai Chi Beginning Form
Begin learning the 60 movement Yang style Tai Chi form. Study form applications to reinforce form principles and body alignment. Refine form movements. Begin learning push hands. Tuesdays at 6pm in Eagle.
Tai Chi Fit
Tai Chi Fit will occur on Tuesdays at 8am at the Mountain Recreation facility in Gypsum, Colorado. Tai Chi Fit improves balance, develops better body mechanics for everyday life, increases energy, and increases stamina. The classes begin with a warm up and continues through Qigong exercises followed by several movements that are inspired by Yang style Tai Chi.
